PUMPING UNIT

PUMPING UNIT: THE HEART OF THE MACHINE

Completely removable, the pumping unit ensures a smooth, continuous and regular concrete flow. This technology guarantees an extremely efficient pumping system capable of handling different types of concrete and aggregates of any size, while reducing the number of cycles per minute at the same output rate, resulting in lower wear and a longer machine lifespan.

THE RIGHT UNIT FOR EVERY PROJECT

CIFA continues to invest in a wide range of pumping units, from 30 m³/h up to 180 m³/h, available in both open-circuit and closed-circuit configurations.

Every solution has been refined and engineered to deliver maximum performance.
This strategy is reflected in the differentiation of hopper groups and concrete cylinders with varying lengths and diameters, capable of pumping any class of concrete while reducing cycles per minute and therefore minimizing wear.

The use of load-sensing hydraulic pumps optimizes consumption and extends maintenance intervals. This technology delivers only the amount of hydraulic oil required for each operation, avoiding energy waste and limiting emissions.

OPEN CIRCUIT

CIFA open-circuit pumping units are used across a wide range of stationary pumps, shotcrete pumps and truck-mounted pumps.
This is a very simple yet highly effective system, even when combined with booms exceeding 50 m in length. It is a reliable, easy-to-maintain and extremely durable solution.

CLOSED CIRCUIT

Fully managed by an electronic control unit, CIFA closed-circuit pumping units guarantee maximum performance regardless of working conditions or concrete type.
Available on both truck mixer pumps and truck-mounted pumps, they can deliver up to 80 bar of concrete pressure while using less hydraulic oil and reducing fuel consumption, making these models a more sustainable choice.

THE S VALVE

One of CIFA’s most significant innovations, developed to improve maintenance efficiency and productivity, was the S valve. This revolutionary solution became the industry standard and enabled the development of much more powerful concrete pumps, making it possible to reach increasingly greater distances.

During the development of the S valve, the wear plate was also introduced. In addition to improving performance, it extends the lifespan of the pumping unit by reducing wear on critical components.
